Swiss Performing Arts Data Model Documentation

This portal provides access to the specification and documentation of the data model of the performing-arts.ch platform.

The specification of the data model is formalized using the SHACL standard. SHACL enables to encode the structure of a knowledge graph, in a machine-readable format. The documentation pages are then generated automatically using the SHACL Play documentation generator.

The specification and documentation is organised in the following pages :

• Collections data model : structure of the archival collection of SAPA, described using the RiC-O ontology and the SPAO ontology extension.
• Instantiations data model : structure of the files, video and audio, described using the RiC-O ontology and the SPAO ontology extension.
• Performances data model : structure of the productions and performances, using the CIDOC-CRM ontology.
• Authority data model : persons, organisations, venues and places.
